Around three months before your wedding, we’ll reconnect for a detailed check-in. This is your chance to ask all the questions, big or small. Together, we’ll create a clear and realistic wedding day timeline (first draft - chances are this will change!), review your supplier list to make sure everyone you need is booked, and check that accommodation and logistics are all organised. This phase ensures nothing is overlooked and sets the foundations for a smooth, stress-free lead-up.

Approximately 30 days before your wedding, we’ll meet for a full run-through of all the details - this is where everything comes together. We’ll cover final guest numbers, wedding party roles, first looks, confetti, and all the fun moments you’re excited about. We’ll also finalise timings for key moments like the cake cut, speeches, and first dance, alongside all the other important details that make your day uniquely yours. From this point on, it becomes my job to take the pressure off. I’ll take over communication with your suppliers and manage the details, so you can relax, feel confident, and truly enjoy the final weeks before your wedding. From this point onwards, I can be your go-to-girl for any last minute questions, changes or wedding planning panics!

On your wedding day, I’ll be there from the very start as your professional wedding day coordinator, calmly overseeing every detail and ensuring everything is exactly where it needs to be. I’ll manage your wedding timeline, coordinate your suppliers, and act as the main point of contact, so you’re never pulled away or stressed.

As your on-the-day wedding coordinator, I’ll check in with you throughout the day, offering gentle reassurance and making sure you feel relaxed, supported, and able to enjoy every moment. From ensuring buttonholes and corsages are in place and that everyone in your wedding party knows where they need to be, to confirming legal registrar meetings run smoothly and on time, no detail is too small.

Throughout the day, I’ll oversee key moments including the ceremony, confetti, drinks reception, speeches, cake cutting, and first dance, keeping everything flowing effortlessly.

I step in 30 days before your wedding date, to manage the timeline, oversee logistics, and handle any unexpected issues, so you can relax and enjoy your day. It’s perfect for couples who have already planned most of their wedding but want professional support to ensure everything runs smoothly on the big day.

I will oversee setup and assist suppliers as needed. I’m happy to help with smaller details such as place cards, wedding favours, and other simple touches. The couple is responsible for any larger, personally owned decorations unless we make alternative arrangements. Suppliers are generally responsible for the pack-down.
